The Scotchman Cold Saw line is complete with both ferrous and non-ferrous machines, manual to fully automatic, and is capable of cutting straight or angled cuts. Manufactured in America you know your saw is going to last. Sizing can vary depending on operation choice, and application.
Non-Ferrous Cold Saws:
- Provides the cleanest cuts in solid or extruded aluminum
- Straight, burr-free cuts; easy mitering; and safe operation without sparks, heat, or burr
- Available in all stages of automation–manual to fully automatic
- Scotchman offers two styles of Non-Ferrous Cold Saws:
- CPO NF Series in manual, semi-automatic and automatic
- SUP NF Series offers large capacities in an upcut style
- SUP-600 ANGLE MASTER combines an automatic mitering ability with a programmable feed
- GAA NF Series offers large capacities in an automatic upcut style
Manual Cold Saws: six models of Manual & Semi-Automatic Cold Saws:
- CPO 275 and CPO 350 have manual operation
- CPO 275 PK and CPO 350 PK operate with an air vise
- CPO 275 PKPD and CPO 350 PKPD are semi-automatic machines
Fully Automatic Cold Saws:
- HFA Series – available in 2 feed options: pneumatic feed with a 30″ shuttle or CNC with a programmable control
- GAA series saw – non-ferrous automation to cut your large non-ferrous projects; with the standard 20″ blade and 20″ shuttle capacity you can cut round and square material up to 6″ diameters; also available in a CNC version
- RFA Series – utilizes a roller feeding system; ideal for longer length parts when ordered with the 60″ (standard), 90″, or 120″ outfeed stops; the infeed system can be supplied with either a supply table or a bundle loading attachment
- CPO 350 AutoLoader – the semi-automatic CPO 350 PKPD saw and added an auto loading system creating a fully automatic sawing system which can cut multiple lengths of tube (max 3” dia.) and has the ability to run unlimited cut lists from 1/2” to 23’ lengths; available with a one-piece standard loading system or a bundle loading system
