27.5 TON MACHINES

• This series comes equipped for high production speeds with energy efficient operation and reduced maintenance costs. By integrating bending, forming, tapping, and other post processes, these machines will enable you to maximize productivity, while minimizing setup, and programming time.
• Higher auto-index speeds of up to 180 RPM
• Delivers a faster punch rate of up to 400 HPM
• Two 27.5-ton models to choose from:
  • Motorum M2548TS – 49.2 in x 98.4 in sheet size
  • Motorum M2558TS – 60.0 in x 98.4 in sheet size

33 TON MACHINES

  • Motorum M3048TG – servo-driven ram punch press
  • Motorum M3058TG – this “green machine” supports both the environment and power efficiency by using energy only at the time of punching
  • Motorum M30510TG –  2-piece design isolates the press from the table base, reducing shock at maximum tonnage and improving stability at high speeds

50 TON MACHINES

• The 50-ton heavy-duty mechanical CNC turret punch press series are designed with the proven precise Wiedemann 114 style tooling, as well as a three-box construction frame.
• With a large capacity turret and guaranteed reliability, count on the Magnum series to perform heavyweight punching and forming operations with more precision and rigidity than ever before.
• Two 50-ton models to choose from:
  • MAGNUM M5000 – its large capacity turret contains an abundance of large stations, allowing it to make full use of the machine’s tonnage for punching and forming operations
  • MAGNUM M5000P –  similar to the Magnum 5000, but with one defining difference: an integrated HyPerformance plasma system to cut a wide range of mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum material thicknesses. The Magnum 5000P’s plasma system allows for seamless transitioning between punching and burning.
