Features
The Linear Bearing Bader Centerless adds to the functionality of the standard centerless by floating the regulating wheel head on a linear bearing and applying precise pressure with an air cylinder/regulator combination. This allows slightly out of round parts and parts with tapers to be centerless ground or polished. A foot pedal allows the operator to control the motion of the head; freeing their hands to load or unload parts.
This setup is also good for quick plunge cuts on short pieces that don’t need to feed through the machine to get full belt coverage.
